We respect each site visitor's right to personal privacy. To that end, we collect and use information throughout our website only as disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

GENERAL
Hugelier and Weinkauf LLC (HWLLC), producers of zeroletoff.com and fiveknotboats.com, and their related content and service sites, believes that electronic privacy is crucial for the ongoing success of the Internet as a service, commercial, and entertainment medium. On occasion, HWLLC will make available to potential advertisers, research firms, and business partners aggregated results from research it has conducted on its viewer base. HWLLC will only provide such demographic information on an aggregated basis and does not disclose individual viewer information.

EMAIL
Any and all email addresses sent to us as the result of correspondence with the consumers of zeroletoff.com, fiveknotboats.com, buywildspice.com or any other website produced by HWLLC will not be used or collected for the purposes of reselling to a third party and will not be added to a third-party bulk e-mailing list. Joining of any mailing list offered through an HWLLC website is the sole choice of the end user. Membership on an HWLLC mailing list can be terminated at any time by the user, the listserv hosting service, and/or the list manager.

COOKIES
The use of advertising cookies sent by zeroletoff.com, fiveknotboats.com, buywildspice.com or any other HWLLC website servers and/or third-party servers is standard in the Internet industry. You may occasionally get cookies from our advertisers. HWLLC cannot, and does not control these cookies.

In addition to collecting these types of information, HWLLC advertisement delivery system collects aggregate search terms for internal reporting and targeted advertising. HWLLC's advertisement delivery system collects visitor information for purposes of product monitoring, product improvement, and targeted advertising.

HWLLC also counts, tracks, and aggregates the visitor's activity into our analysis of general traffic flows at HWLLC sites (e.g., tracking where traffic comes from and how traffic flows within the zeroletoff.com, fiveknotboats.com or buywildspice.com sites). HWLLC may merge this information into group data, which may then be shared on an aggregated basis with potential advertisers, research firms, and business partners. HWLLC will not disclose your individual identity or personal data. When HWLLC does present aggregated information to potential advertisers, research firms and business partners, no one will be able to identify you or contact you.

CONTACT FORM
We require information from the user on our contact form. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, phone and possibly shipping address). If we have trouble resolving an issue, we use the information to contact the user. This information is used to address a customer's issues.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday.

Our primary carriers are the United States Postal Service (Domestic Priority Mail and International Priority Mail) and Fedex International Economy. Priority Mail from the USPS provides delivery in 3-5 days, Sunday excluded. The price is determined by weight of the items and the postal zone you live in. The shipping price is calculated and displayed to you after you submit your address and credit card information but before you submit your order for processing.

Return Policy

Any damage claims must be made immediately upon receipt of order.

For returned items the return must be initiated within 15 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts). Returned items must have their seals intact and containers unopened. Shipping fees will not be refunded and a 15% restocking fee will be assessed unless there is an error on our part.

All returns must have a return material authorization (RMA) number from a Hugelier and Weinkauf LLC service representative. There will also be a $20.00 service fee incurred for any returned checks. Please email returns@zeroletoff.com. Please allow 12-24 hours for a response.

Michigan Sales Tax

For taxable items shipped to a Michigan address we are required to charge 6% sales tax. The Michigan Department of Treasury requires tax to be calculated on the total cost of the order, which means that sales tax is calculated on the shipping (the shipping is considered a service and is therefore taxable).
